1. Delivery Zones
Hold-dog.com delivers exclusively to countries within the European Union.

2. Processing and Delivery Times
Processing: All orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: We ship via Mondial Relay. The estimated delivery time is 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that this is an estimate provided by the carrier and may vary based on the destination.

3. Shipping Costs
Flat Rate: A fixed shipping fee of €4.95 applies to all orders.

Free Shipping: Delivery is free for all orders of €100 or more.

🔄 Returns & Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the leash must be returned in its original condition and fit for resale:

The product must be clean, free of any pet hair, dirt, or odors.

The product must not have been used outdoors (no trial walks or resistance tests).

Warning: Any product returned dirty, damaged, or showing signs of wear may result in a partial refund (depreciation) or a refusal of the return.

3. Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Order Error: If we shipped the wrong color or model, Hold-dog.com will cover 100% of the return costs via a prepaid shipping label.

🛠️ Issues & Disputes (Damaged Items)

If you receive a defective leash (e.g., broken carabiner, stitching defect) or if the packaging arrived heavily damaged:

Contact our customer service with photographic evidence of the defect within 48 hours of receipt.

Once validated, we will organize a replacement.

The customer must return the defective item. Upon receipt, we will reimburse your return shipping costs (upon presentation of a receipt) and send the replacement leash at our expense.
