TERMS OF SERVICE – HOLD-DOG™

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This website is operated by Hold-Dog™ a brand of Weegoo SRL. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hold-Dog™. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site.

2. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.

4. ORDER INFORMATION

  • Delivery Method: All orders are processed for delivery only via our partner carriers. No in-store pickup options are available.

  • Payment Method: Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment processors.

5. SHIPPING

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via Mondial Relay.

  • Delivery Areas: We ship exclusively to the European Union.

  • Preparation Time: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours.

  • Estimated Delivery Times: Approximately 5 business days depending on the Mondial Relay network.

  • Shipping Fees: A flat rate of 5 € applies. Shipping is free for orders over 100 €.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • Right of Withdrawal: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return your item.

  • Condition of Product: Returns are only accepted if the leash is in its original condition and fit for resale. It must be clean, free of hair, dirt, or odors, and must not have been used outdoors.

  • Return Costs: * Change of mind: Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

    • Error or Defect: If we sent the wrong product or a defective one, we cover 100% of the costs.

  • Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Exchanges: Direct exchanges are not available. A new order must be placed.

7. PRODUCT DETAILS

  • Use and Safety: Our leashes are designed for canine use. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the leash is suitable for their dog's weight and strength.

  • Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our leashes as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will be perfectly accurate.

8. WARRANTY AND REPAIR

  • Manufacturing Warranty: A one-year warranty covers manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty carabiner or stitching).

  • Exclusions: This warranty excludes damage from regular wear and tear, chewing, misuse, or accidental loss.

  • Defective Items: In case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will replace the item. Return shipping for defective items will be reimbursed upon proof of postage.

9. LIABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

Hold-Dog™ shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the misuse of our products. In no case shall our directors or employees be liable for consequential damages of any kind. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

11. OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools (like tracking widgets) which we do not control. These are provided "as is" without warranties.

12. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Certain content may include materials from third parties. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content of third-party websites.

13. USER COMMENTS AND FEEDBACK

If you send us feedback or comments, you agree that we may edit, copy, and distribute them in any medium without restriction or compensation.

14. ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

We reserve the right to correct any errors related to pricing, promotions, or shipping charges, and to cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

15. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property, or to transmit malicious code.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The products are provided 'as is' for your use, except as expressly stated by us.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hold-Dog™ from any claim made by any third party due to your breach of these Terms.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or void, such provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

19. TERMINATION

These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and any policies posted by us constitute the entire agreement between you and Hold-Dog™.

21. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

We protect your personal information following GDPR and Belgian privacy laws. Data is used only for processing orders and improving service. Customers may access or delete their data upon request.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on hold-dog.com (text, images, logos) is owned by Hold-Dog™. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

23. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Brussels, Belgium.

24. CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website.
